We have Netscape 4.76 and receive voicemail via our email. The voicemail comes in the form of a .wma extension and when I attempt to open it up, Netscape crashes. The voicemail works with Netscape 6.0 and IE just fine.

Any ideas on how to fix this without having to updrade browsers?

Why are you still using Netscape 4.76 if you know it works on Netscape 6 and IE??

I'm just a little confused by this.... can you be more specific about what happens.. saying it crashes is not enough info??

I guess some clarification is in order. We have a large number of customers who use Netscape 4.7 as their browser and email client. I was hoping their was a solution to this problem without having to upgrade/change browsers as many of our customers will be turned off by this.

What happens when it "crashes":

When the voicemail link is clicked Netscape stops responding and after a few seconds (maybe 5 or so) all Netscape programs close.
