My netgear cgd24n v2 wireless modem is not working all the light come on and stay on including all 4 ethernet ports(only using 1 ethernet cable) and i cannot get any internet any ideas would b appreciated

Usually when all lights are illuminated like that it is time to replace the modem/router.

Have you tried using the reset button on back? (long shot i have never had it work in this situation)

Reset does not work im thinking i need a new modem aswell thanks

I have come across this issue a lot (usually after a lightning storm) and the issue is

corrected by a new modem/router.

Is this your equipment or rental from ISP?

Mine it was supplied by internet provider

Okay then you should be able to contact ISP for replacement.

Yes but at a cost they give you 1 for free wen you get a certain plan after that it you have to buy replacements thats why i was hoping i could fix it
