NES Nintendo - HELP

I recently replaced my NES with a new 72 pin. The NES is very clean and the screen looks great, however it is still acting up. Everything that is animated or moving (Characters, Enemy, ETC) is doubled. Like mario will have 2 heads, the bats on Castlevania have 4 wings... any suggestions?
