Every now and then, especially after I reboot, I need to restart the print spooler. Obviously something must be corrupted - could it be in the spooler itself and not in the drivers? One thing I notice is that when I scroll down the list of services, instead of saying Print Spooler it says pInAeEo (but in those weird alternate characters). See attached screenshot.

I ran System File Checker, but it doesn't fix it. Do I need to reinstall Windows or is there an easier fix?

Thanks.
