Need Multimedia Audio Controller Driver/CD ROM & sound probs

I've got no sound from my computer and my CD player doesn't play. There is a yellow exclamation point in front of the multimedia audio controller in device manager. I have an Hp pavilion 510n. Here is the info on the multimedia ac:

Audio Adapter Intel 82801AA I/O Controller Hub - AC'97 Audio Adapter

CD-Rom also not playing but looks okay in device manager. Info below:

PHILIPS CDD4851 CD-R/RW (12x/8x/32x CD-RW)

any help out there?
