Need iPAQ Help

733 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  1amartintex
I have an HP iPAQ 5455 that powers down as soon as I unplug the AC adaptor. I installed a brand new battery, charged it up and it still behaves the same way. I check the battery status and it says it is at 100%, but when I try to run iPAQ wireless, it says the battery is too low to run wireless.
Can anyone help me?

Hi, look here at the Troubleshooter/Power......
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...peId=215348&prodSeriesId=322914&lang=en&cc=uk

HP also now provide Live Chat "HP Instant Support", if the troubleshooter and downloads don't solve your problem.
did you try a hard reset?
Thanks for the help. I will check out the troubleshooting help and post my findings. I did try the hard reboot and it didn't fix it.
I have a model h1940, running windows CE 4.20, and active sync 4.5, my problem is that once I power up and sync to my pc and then unplug the ipaq will reboot to its factory state and then will not use the same partnership because the pc does'nt see it, and the other profile is already in use.
