I put in a new hard drive but now my laptop (c300) will not reboot just a black screen. I have pressed every f button but nothing will work, is there a way I can do this without getting raped taking to a computer shop?

Try to run the system in safe mode and remove the downloaded file that may be causing the problem, or restore the system.

And no need to go to the repair shop. Now you can get help from any online tech support.
