I have Vista on my dell computer. Recently, the DVD burner has stopped working. It reads movies and such, but when I put a blank DVD into it to format it and put stuff on it, it doesn't pop up the auto-play. When I double click on it it says "Windows cannot read the disc in drive f:\. It also says to format the disc, but I don't know how. Please help me to get this working.
