Ok so long story short, my cousin somehow managed to break the PCIExpress 3.0 x16 from my motherboard, meaning I can't put any GPU in my pc now. A friend of my cousin said that he can make a "transplant", putting the PCIE from another motherboard in the place of the broken one. Is that possible? If the answers is no, what is the best thing to do? Buy another one? Need help and quick! (The motherboard is still working perfectly and showing video)

Rx 5500 Xt 8gb GPU
I5-7400 CPU
500w Power Supply
H110-hg4 Mother Board

I posted to show you have a lot more research to do. Also research generations of PCIe. If it was this easy, millions of people could get any old organ (lungs, liver, heart etc.) instead of being put on a long waiting list.
