Need help removing kjkjkj.dll

I would appreciate some helpful hints on how I can delete the file kjkjkj.dll which is associated with a virus.

My Norton Anti-Virus detects this as a virus but can not get rid of it.

When I try to delete it, it Windows says it is in use by another program (which would be Norton, I guess.)]

When I close the Norton alert window it comes right back (am using realtime protection.)

Also the option to use task manager has been taken away, I suppose by this virus.
