Need help,, hijackthis log included

well here's my problem, i downloaded and installed Netpumper, well last night i uninstalled Netpumper and i found that in my taskmanager, there is 2 iexplorer apps running meanwhile i don't even use internet explorer, i do have internet explorer blocked by my firewall, i ran many adware and spyware programs but they find nothing, xoftspy found that my pc had Alexa on it so i deleted this file and it still didn't fix this problem, i have also deleted a program called Slow Hole.

Please download fl.zip.
Extract the contents to a new folder on Desktop.
Within the folder, locate & double-click fl.bat.
It should produce a report at c:\findlop.txt. Post the contents of the report in your next reply

Also let me know if you have Messenger Plus installed on your machine.

Thanks for the help,, sorry but the Fl.zip program didn't work but i used hijackthis analizer to clear things up a little,, i'm using MSN Messanger Pro, but this is the very first time i saw the iexplorer in my taskmanager, since i downloaded and installed netpumper so i know this caused the problem,, any suggestions,, here's the log:

I'm not concerned by Messenger Plus. This program contains a 'sponsor' program. We're gonna uninstall this program & the accompanying 'sponsor' program. You may re-install Messenger Plus later without the 'sponsor program'.

Please disconnect your internet connection before proceeding. It is essential that all other programmes be shut down during uninstall, especially Internet Explorer. Use Task Manager to ensure that no iexplore.exe processes are running before attempting an uninstall of Messenger Plus!

Go to Windows Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs

Uninstall Messenger Plus! 3
The "Messenger Plus! - Setup" is now displayed.
Click on the Uninstall button. (options displayed on the first screen isn't related to the sponsor program)
The sponsor screen is now displayed (if not seen, search for it in your Task Bar).
To prove that someone is currently reading the screen, you have to type the code that is displayed.
Once you enter the code, press "Uninstall".
Answer Yes when prompted to uninstall.
Complete the uninstallation by following the instructions that are displayed

Please reboot & post a fresh HJT log after that.

If you have not done so already, please enable the viewing of Hidden files
From Windows Explorer, go to Tools>Folder Options> View tab.

Tick - Show all files and folder

Click Yes to confirm & then click OK

Locate and delete the following folders, if present:

C:\WINDOWS\APPLICATION DATA\BEEP ADMIN\
C:\WINDOWS\APPLICATION DATA\SLOWHO~1\

Download & Install CleanUp!
Run Cleanup! using the following configuration:

1. Click Options...
2. Set the slider to Standard CleanUp!
3. Uncheck the following:

Delete Newsgroup cache
[*]Delete Newsgroup Subscriptions

4. Click OK
5. Press the CleanUp! button to start the program. Reboot/logoff when prompted.
* CleanUp! will not create any backups!!

Reboot & post a fresh HJT log

Youe log appears clean. Do you have any more issues? For ease of mind, I recommend that you perform an online scan with Internet Explorer with Kaspersky WebScanner

Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Anti-Virus Web Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.

The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
Now click on Scan Settings
- In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
  - Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
    - Standard
  - Scan Options:
    - Scan Archives
    - Scan Mail Bases
Click OK
Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer
This will program will start and scan your system.
The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
- Now click on the Save as Text button:
Save the file to your desktop.

Copy and paste that information in your next post.

* Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan
