Im a real noob when it comes to video cards. Really im tired of having the graphics card that came with the Computer and want to know what good AGP card will work with my motherboard: A7V8X-LA (Kelut)

you may also need to upgrade the power supply
it needs to supply a min of 18amps on the 12v+ line

I don't understand is it the one at the top of the results? And do I have to upgrade my power supply, isn't there card that can work normal with my current one?

agp requires a min of 18a just check what you have puts that out

Yea kinda depends on your budget as to what you want. Something cheap and low end that doesn't require a psu upgrade? Something high end with a new psu?
