need driver for my downgraded vista->xp

hi, i just downgraded my vista with xp sp2. when i install the drivers from the manufacturer cd, some ethernet controller and wi-fi devices does'nt recognized. my notebook series is Toshiba Satellite A215-S4817. the wifi device is atheros 802.11, and the ethernet is from realtek i think.

so, the question is, is there any universal driver for that atheros wireless LAN and realtek LAN driver for XP that could work with my notebook series?

any help would be needed. thanks a lot.
