I have a file which content has applied EFS encryption but doesnot have set "Encrypted" flag.
Is there a chance to perform custom EFS decrypt without actually checking the attribute, or to set Encrypted flag without performing the encryption second time?
I have the .pfx certificate and password under that the file was encrypted.
