Hi,

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and for about a month and a half everything was running fine, even when playing video games. I have a Dell XPS 3000 with a NVIDIA GeForce GTS 240. Now however I get an error message that kicks me out of my games:

NVIDIA windows kernel mode driver 341.92 stopped responding and was recovered successfully”

So I tried a clean install of the driver and this did not fix the issue. I tried a clean install of older drivers (341.81 and 341.74) and am still having the same issues. I noticed that these drivers were not WHQL certified and I asked NVIDIA if they had WHQL certified drivers for this card and they don't. They don't know if they ever will.

So I figured I need a new video card that IS compatible with Windows 10 but am not sure how to do this. I would like to get an NVIDIA card preferably.

My question is: which NVIDIA video cards are compatible with my system? Thank you in advance for your help!

I don't know that it will matter. But from what I can see, looks like you need a 600 series or higher card (at least as of May 2015).
