Hi,
I am currently working through the HJT log from my brother's PC. I'm 90% sure that this is nothing to worry about, but haven't been able to get absolute confirmation. It's giving an error message at start up ("DLL initialization routine failed").
Do you think it's ok to a) remove this from startup? b) uninstall completely?
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NECStartPage] C:\apps\HomePage\HomePgui.exe
The only reference I've found to this is here:

Does anyone know what it is, or whether removing it will cause any problems?
