Mysterious Rebooting Problem

Hi, I hope you can help me here.Recently my windows xp has, on occasion gone into reboot while I'm on the internet. There's no warning ,it just goes to the black screen and then starts to reboot. It runs fine otherwise. I've tried running my AVG anti-virus and it comes up clean. Also I run the Ad-aware, Spybot, and Microsoft Anti-spyware programs I have installed everyday and end up cleaning 6 or 7 items. I was told at work that it could be someone trying to get into my pc and it's windows protecting the pc. Could this be true? I don't know what else to try as far as looking for a virus which could be causing it. I don't have heat issues. My cpu runs about 35 to 38 cel. It doesn't do it under a heavy load like when I'm burning a DVD either. I have a 2.8 gig. cpu, D865GLC mobo, 1 gig. of PC2700 ram, Delta 66 soundcard w/ Omni Studio breakout box, 480 watt p/s, sony 52/32/52 cd-rw, lite-on 1633 dvd-rw w/dl, 120 gig. hd. I'm not sure what other info you might need to be able to help, but let me know and I'll get back to you. Thank you so much for any info. P.S. During my burning of a DVD my temps will get up to about 49 cel. Also I'm running a 6800 GT 256 mb. ddr3 video card and temps during Doom 3 are about 50 cel. Again thanks

Windows should be recording an error message when this occurs.
Right click on My Computer, select Manage, then Event Viewer,
and look for any red X's in the Application or System folders.

Then copy and post the message.

I doubt windows would shutdown to protect you, they don't know who is hacking them trust me.. people do it left and right :). Anyhow! look for a program called speed fan and tell us what it says ur computer temps are.

As I said earlier, my cpu temps run around 36 to 39 degrees celcius when I'm on the net and they run up to 48 to 50 degrees celcius when I'm burning a DVD or playing Doom 3. As to copying what I found in the event viewer under applications, I'm sorry but I couldn't figure out how to copy it to put in this response. So I wrote them down for you to look at. Type Date Source Category Event User
Error 9/14/05 load perf none 3006 n/a
Error 9/14/05 load perf none 3011 n/a
Error 9/14/05 application error 100 1004 network ser...
These are repeated a few times throughout the page. There are also some warnings as follows.
Warning 9/14/05 MsiInstaller none 1001 network ser...
Warning 9/14/05 MsiInstaller none 1004 network ser...
These warnings are also repeated farther down the page.In the event viewer under System there were a few different errors and warnings also.
Error 9/14/05 System Error [102] 1003 n/a
Error 9/14/05 Service Control Manager none 7000 n/a
Error 9/14/05 Service Control Manager none 7009 n/a
Warning 9/14/05 E100B none 4 n/a
I sure hope this helps you figure out whats wrong with my pc. Thank you so much for your time and help.

If there's anyone out there who can give me an idea what's wrong here, please give me a clue because I don't have any. Thank You very much in advance. Also I have Motherboard Monitor to keep checking my temps. They stay right around 38 or 39 degree's celcius.
