Plain and simple... My laptop crashes to a blue screen and then restarts and will continue to do this till I decide it doesn't want to run, get pissed, punch something and then shut it down. Any help please?

I've tried safemode and all that and still the same situation but instead I throw something.

No need to get violent. Boot off of the XP CD and get to the Recovery Console, here type chkdsk /R and press Enter. The Check Disk utility will try and fix any errors.

I don't have any disks or anything to run for it. Is there any way to do a system restore without a disk?

What are the error codes that come up when you get the blue screen?

Also, how soon after turning on the laptop does the blue screen come up?

The error codes flash for an instant and shuts off so it's almost impossible to read.

And as far as how soon to booting up it's right after windows loads, shows the users for a few seconds than crashes.

Did you try reseating the memory sticks, trying one at a time? Also, grab a can of compressed air to spray into the vents. Could be an overheating issue.
