Is this a laptop or a desktop?
A computer that restarts on it's own is caused by overheating or a failing Power Supply Unit(desktop) If a Desktop, take the side off the computer and clean out all dust and blow out all fans with a can of compressed air. Look at the label for the PSU. Report the Make, Model# and Wattage. Start the computer and make sure all fans are spinning.
