There are moving parts (fans, hard drives, opticals) inside every computer. Unless they are mounted on soft supports, they will transfer energy to the chassis, thus causing various amounts of vibration.
In your case, is your PC producing an annoying noise because of this vibration? If so, check for any loose parts inside and check that all nuts, bolts and screws are secure.
well i have tighten down every screw even the hard drive and its not as bad as it was but still alot of vib but its a eMachine so im sure from alot of post on the internet that these pc's are worthless so if it goes out yea ill be pissed i wasted $400 but let me tell you i will be sending a rather rude comment to
the company to tell them to make there dam pc's more dam better
