There are moving parts (fans, hard drives, opticals) inside every computer. Unless they are mounted on soft supports, they will transfer energy to the chassis, thus causing various amounts of vibration.

In your case, is your PC producing an annoying noise because of this vibration? If so, check for any loose parts inside and check that all nuts, bolts and screws are secure.

If it's still under warranty, contact the place of purchase.
Or, you can remove the case side to determine the source of the vibration.

If it's under warranty contact the retailer. There should be NO vibration.
