My Mac 12 computer isn't working

Hi guys. My Mac 12 computer stopped working some few days ago, the power ran out and it won't start up afterwards. I noticed that the charging light keeps blinking while it is charging but it does not power up. If I press the power button, the power light comes on like a flash and disappears. I can't seem to understand what the problem is. I initially thought the hard drive had crashed but I slaves it and
