Hello
I am trying to scan and then edit the size of a document. When it starts to scan and about 85% of the scan is completed then I get a message that says ''AIOC has stopped working a problem has caused the program to stop working correctly''. How can I fix this? Any suggestions? It's a new printer & I am using Windows Vista. Hope someone can help me fix this!
