• I hold the power button for 30 seconds but it still won't turn on.
• i took out the battery, not fixed
• I removed ram and hdd, not fixed
• I reset the bios, not fixed

what is the problem can you help ?

I reset the bios, not fixed

How did you Reset the Bios if the computer won't turn on?
If a laptop doesn't turn on, then there may be an issue with the charging port, but most likely the motherboard has failed, due to some anomaly like a power surge, static electricity or other event.

Either try your cord in another device, or try another devices cord in your laptop. You may also want to try charging it when the device is off, rather than on. If it works then, the cord is probably the issue. Should that not be the problem, then check the battery to see if it needs replacing.
