You guys helped me with my last computer, but now I got a new problem with this, I went to www.microsoft.com & I press the download button, so I could download what I want, but it freezes up & it won't come up, I added the picture of the button & the website is www.microsoft.com, I was able to press it & have the pop-up come up earlier, but now it's messed up. :sayno: Please Help Me.

I took the pink out of your message, since it made it almost impossible to read.

I think we need more information. I went to the Microsoft address you mention, what are you downloading? You have to be specific...

It really shouldn't matter because it's like I don't know if that button is javascript or something because I have an SBC Yahoo Browser & the links at the top won't open up either & it's fustrating because it won't open it up & it just freezes up the screen, when I try to! Maybe somehting on my computer is disabled & it won't allow me to open it.
