My internet has become really slow

Hi all. Recently my internet speed has decreased dramatically. It's not the best but it's whats available in my area. I am supposed to get 5mbps down and 1 mbps up. I have done speed tests and it shows i am currently getting 0.97mbps down and 0.77mbps up. I have no idea why this is happening. I phoned my internet provider and they said it was all fine on their side. They have even sent me out a new router which i have up and running. No improvement what so ever. I have run a virus check, flushed the dns, cleared caches, and even installed new browsers. I am stumped.

I am currently connected wirelessly. But i have tried using a cable and it's exactly the same.

I believe the router and modem are combined. All i have is a new EE bright box.

I shall try having a look in the router configuration pages as you said.

Right i am in the settings. The downstream rate and upstream rate are more or less the same as the screenshot i posted earlier.

This would mean a problem on my isp's side?
