i have recently added a new hard drive to my computer. the problem i have is that my computer wont recognise that the hard drive is there so i have no additional memory.
Is the drive identified in BIOS or disk management? Did you initialize and format the disk in disk management so it can be used? A drive is not going to increase your memory. Drives are for storage - memory is RAM.
