Hi, im using my current pc for 4 years now, so i want something new and powerfull , i decided so build a pc myself so here goes the stuff

Cpu- Intel® Core i7-920 @ 4x 3.33GHz
Cpu cooler- Auras LPT-709/1366
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD4P
Ram- 6GB DDR3-1600MHz @ CL8 G.Skill
Vga- 2x nVidia GeForce GTX 295 SLI
Hdd- 2x 1000GB Samsung HD103UJ
Case- NZXT Tempest High-End Medium-Tower
Psu- SilverStone 1000W SST-ST1000-NV

Thats about it say your opinion should i stick with this or change some items.

17 is over-priced and still buggy. A 775 build will do all you need and save you money.
Asus P5Q Mobo and an Intel E8500 CPU are a great combo.
Using two graphics cards will yield very little performance gain over one good card.
WD Hdd's would be a better choice. The Black series has a 5 yr. warranty.
Cases are a personal preference. I use CoolerMaster & Antec for all of my personal and retail builds.
A CPU cooler is not necessary with an Intel CPU. The stock HSF units do a very good job.

I wouldnt say you MUST look for a different hard drive, but if they are close in price, I would get a WD.

Yes, avoid the SLI / Crossfire setups. Not much gain in performance. Use that money to get a top quality single card
