[Snuffy!]

I have an XP 1.6ghz on a K7S5A motherboard, with 256mb SD RAM and windows 2000. On the BIOS startup screen it sais
"AthlonXP1600", and in Windows Properties it is detected as an Athlon 1.6, but according to cpu info programs like Cool Beans System Info, it only runs at 1381mhz, and sometimes when I startup, it wll drop to 1295mhz. Anyone have any clue as to why it is doing this?
