My computer beeps at me during start up and when I do certain tasks. It won't stop until I end the task or it ends itself. It seems like a series 5(+) real fast beeps over and over until the task is ended. No other problems other than that. Any ideas on what it is and how to fix it? Please email me.

It may be that your keyboard buffer is getting maxed out. What are your system resources like when this happens?

Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel> Accesibility Options and customize (on your choice)

I prefer to turn of everything.

Its not the accessability stuff. It usually happens when my CPU gets used alot...around 80% or higher. Its a series of maybe 5 beeps (I can't count them that fast) that get higher in pitch 1-5 and it repeats about every second until I stop whatever I'm doing or the process/task ends. Such as loading this webpage for instance.

Welcome to the forums lasmith03..............:D

Have you checked to see what temperature your CPU is running at in the bios?
