my computer has windows 7 in it and it is in a home network...when other computer in a network try to access my computer it gets hang and i have to restart it....and after restarting other computer can access my computer.....this thing dont happen when i had xp on it!!
1gb may not be enough. I would try upgrading your computer's RAM up to 3gb. When someone is trying to access your program you may check the Memory Usage in Windows Task Manager in Processes Tab. Locate the Application that's being used and it should be able to tell you the Memory Usage.
is not abt the acessing the program..my computer hangs when someone open a folder too. it happens abt once per day..when it gets hang and then i reset it..after that it works..
