When I turn on my PC, I get 3 "bleeps", (boot sound) two short ones followed by one long bleep.

MSI P55M-GD41
Intel Core i5 750
4GB Kingston ValueRam DDR3
Nvidia GTS 250
Sharkoon RushPower 600W
Western Digital 320GB HDD

Thanks for your help.

MSI uses AMI Bios. 3 short beeps indicates a RAM issue/failure.1 lond-2 short indicates Video error.
Is this a new build?

Nope I've had this build for over a year now...
I've tried to bench it. I still get the "bleeps".. I've tried putting in the ram in different ways. Weird thing is though, I don't see anything on my screen, it's on sleep mode when I turn on my PC. So maybe it IS a video error?

Do you have or can you borrow another GPU to try or try your GPU in another PC?
My apologies also as I got the beep codes backwards in your OP. I see no code associated with 2 short and one long beep.

With no RAM installed you should hear a continuous single beep.
AMI Bios--3 beeps= RAM problem.

What configuration is your 4GB of RAM (2X2 4X1-1x4)?

When you did the Bench Rest were you using only 1 stick?
Filling all the RAM slots on a Mobo can cause Voltage issues.
For 4GB, a 2X2GB matched pair is the best option.

When you get no post doing a bench test:
If the system does not boot after this process, then you most likely have a faulty component. You'll need to swap parts, start with the power supply, until you determine what is defective
