Just because you have awesome mobile specs doesn't mean you'll be able to max out everything. Keep in mind that mobile systems are basically high-end, low-powered parts. Quite the oxymoron, i think lol.

COD4 has a lot of settings that can really bog performance. Soften Smoke Edges should be off. Lower or disable Antialiasing and Anisotropic filtering. Disable V-Sync as well, but you do get slight image tearing with this option off.

Re: help for call of duty 4 on vista please

Thats not an acer 1200 its an Acer m5630 I got that from the picture.
Specs

I would say to get a new PSU (power supply unit) and a new Graphics card. To get a decent graphics card and PSU its going to be at least $200

I would get these two

Corsair 650w
$100
after rebate $80

SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card
$140
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102833

after these two upgrades you'll be able to play Crysis on max settings with no lag. (2x AA only most likely though)
