Hi all

I'm having a rather irritating problem with my Acer laptop.

It used to be able to connect to my wireless fine. But I had to install some drivers in order to be able to connect it to the wall. Now my wireless internet is absolutely rubbish on my acer.

I tend to be able to connect to my university wireless. But it keeps disconnecting. Now that I'm at home, although it detects my wireless and says there is excellent connection, it will not connect to my wireless whatsoever.

Please help!!

Hi try uninstalling the drivers you installed.

The drivers you installed were they for the wired(ethernet) card?

Hi.

In all honestly, I have no idea what drivers were installed. I brought the laptop to uni and the tech support team had to download the drivers. Apparently it didnt come with any drivers or anything?

First please try a system restore point to an earlier time before the drivers were installed and let me know if that cures the problem.

Also please give us the model and model no of your acer Laptop please.
