HI everyone
I have a 1TB external hdd ( western digital ) and I enabled bitlocker on it and worked perfectly since yesterday that although I remember its password exactly but when I connect it to my computer and the bitlocker windows appear and when I type my password it ( bitlocker windows ) will hang and my hdd will not be open
Can anyone help me please ? my informations are really important for me .

Try disabling bitlocker and see if you are able to access your files. Hope everything works out well for you.

hi and thanks for your answer but:
how can I disable it when I can`t enter my password ( it will hang on bitlocker window after entering password )
