The MX6131 appears to be a Gateway.
Check the manufacturers webpage. They should have all of the drivers that you need available.

mx6131 no sound
i installed a new hard drive and with your tech suport help all drivers installed except sound. i just installed realtek acp7 audio and it has a yellow ! no sound. please help
