Music sharing/missing .dll file problem

I've tried downloading both Kazaa and Morpheus but neither will work because I get an error message that library oledlg.dll cannot be located. Any idea where or how I can get this back? It is required for both programs and I know some other people who are having this problem as well. I tried the recovery disks but those will erase everything!
