Hey

I have some questions regarding using two internet connections.

I currently connect via an LAN, which accesses our central server and thus I can receive/send emails. The internet connection however is slow and because of company policy many websites (including hotmal and yahoo etc) have been blocked.

I have recently got access to a wireless internet connection (which is a free service provided to our area, is faster and there are no restrictions) but if I connect to this alone I cannot access the server or receive/send emails.

Basically, if I connect to both the LAN and the wireless, which internet connection is used when I open a web browser (I use Firefox)? And is there anyway that I can set up Firefox to only connect via the wireless and not the LAN but still maintinaing the server access?

Any help is appreciated.

We won't help you bypass company restrictions. The point of the restrictions are to protect their network from direct exposure to the Internet. What you want to do is open up the company network to all the risks they went out of their way to protect against!
