Hello, I built a gaming system for a friend, he plays World of Warcraft on it and it randomly shuts down while he's playing. His frame rate while playing is 16 but it should be 60. He lowered his "Graphic Setting" and the "frame rate" jumped from 16 to 34. The card is I installed in his system is:
MSI Radeon R7 250 Video Card 1GB GDDR5, PCI-Express 3.0 (x16), Overclocked, - R7 250 1GD5 OC which is from TigerDirect. On TigerDirect it's Item#: RSC-102014582 Model#: R7 250 1GD5 OC. Any idea what the problem could be? The error he gets is: "AODDRIVER \ Root something not present or not working properly."
Here are the other components in his system:
MoBo: MSI 970A-G43 AMD 970 AM3+Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8GB PC12800 DDR3 1600MHz CL9 2x4
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Processor - 6-Core, 3.5GHz, Socket AM3
Pwr Sply: Corsair CX500 Modular 500-watt Power Supply
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Mid-Tower Computer Case
He's trying to play "WOW" on Ultra Settings.
Any help would be awesome!
