MS32DLL.dll.vbs Issue

OK so this is the second problem I've now had with this 'virus'. I've tried following these instructions to get rid of it, but I can't seem to fin the .vbs file, the .inf file, the wscript.exe process, nor the required REG keys. Yes, quite bizarre. Yet I'm still getting this: :upset:


And as seemingly harmless as it may be, I'd really like to get rid of it from my external HDD. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
