When I mail-merge a dataset to create a list of labels i am getting a page of labels for each record in the dataset.
eg For 3 records in a dataset I am getting 3 pages of labels. The first page will have all 3 labels printed. The second page will start at record 2 and print to the end of the dataset (ie 2 labels printed). The third page will start at record 3 and print to the end of the dataset (ie 1 label printed).
I need to print out 514 labels
I've had no previous problems with mail-merge and the Sophos virus checker is coming up with nothing. Does anyone have a clue as to what may have gone wrong. I've tried it using Access; Excel; text as the data source, also with different old datasets that have worked previously and get the same problem.
