I have a MS Wireless Optical Mouse 2000 running on Windows XP. and ie8
The problem I have is that the scroll wheel keeps switching between windows and does not scroll down the page I am working on.
It is very annoying as I only want to scroll within the page.
I have used troubleshooter etc on control panel and reinstalled the mouse - all to no avail.
Can anyone help
