can i open my 2007 data in 2003.or 2003 data in 2007.and how.

You cannot open a 2007 Data file in 2003. But you can open a 2003 Data file in 2007. Open Outlook. go to the Office orb/Data File/Add. or Office orb/Account Settings/Data Files/Add browse to the 2003 Data file (.pst). It will show up on the left side of Outlook as a Personal File.

If you are talking about office files then you need a converter to open newer files in older offices.

2007 office can open 2003 stuff.
