I dont really think that this kind of post id the right place. U can firgure out these questions just by simply googling it... Type Microsoft Office 2000 vs. 2003 and you'll get results. Also for the prices, you can google that too. Theres no difference between a technician googling prices for you and you googling prices yourself.
