MP3 player... not copying file

I have a Creative Zen Nano Plus... lately it is was not deleting file so i formated it... it is now not copying any file or folder and takes a lot of time to format.. even sometimes i have to plug it out as the computer hangs... it works as a mass storage and is 1gb.. any tool that can repair this..

Hi,

Check out the Creative web site.

You may need to partition format the drive and then re-install the MP 3 playing software.

You may even need to zero write the drive if it has become corrupted in any way. The Creative site and possibly forums should help.
