I have just done a complete re-instalation of XP but now my mouse does not scroll smooth anymore

you should be able to go into your control panel, click on mouse and change the settings there.

Thanks for your reply, the problem was that since I bought the computer, I have added a video card but when I done a factory restore it sets it to when new, so I downloaded a driver and I`m now OK

I mean I downloaded a driver for the video card, if I was unclear.
