After a few hours of running perfectly fine, if I head away for a bit, the monitor will enter Standby mode.
Moving the mouse doesn't bring the computer out of it. That used to work just fine, but now it simply stays with an orange light on the monitor as if it's still in Standby.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You have to narrow it down to if it's just the monitor, or the computer. You may be having a monitor/connection issue. Try a couple more things as well, clicking the mouse not just moving it, hitting something on the keyboard, try turning the monitor off and on. Check your standby and hibernate settings on in windows as well.
