I have a strange issue with a monitor connected to a Win98 PC. The monitor will spontaneously bring up its control panel (i.e. brightness, contrast, pincushion, etc) on the screen for no reason and then scroll through the available functions rapidly. The only way to get it to go away is to push the buttons at the right time to exit the control panel as it is scrolling through. Is this a monitor issue or a pc issue?
