I believe that would be a monitor issue........It would most likely have to do with the inner layer of the buttons......... It is quite possible that the triggers behind the buttons are stuck, therefore sometimes leading to what happens. Try to take it to someone who can open it up, and put a bit of electronic dusting spray on there.........
