Monitor loading DLL's on startup

It beginning to take a age for my desktop to load and also any program I open. I open them, they appear to fail to load, but then after about 3 or 4 minutes they all appear together.

I only have 9 processes loading on startup in MSCONFIG.

*Atiptaxx
*AirCFG
*SOUNDMAN
*Jusched
*AirGCFG
*AZCSLDR2
*MsnMsgr
*Bandwidth Monitor
*ctfmon


There are quite a lot of services running which I have no idea what they are and what they do.

Any help would be appreciated with what can be disabled etc.
