Monitor help - Win 7

Hi all. i have recently got myself an AOC F22s 21.5in monitor. Trouble is that Windows 7 is not recognising it a PnP compatible. It is VESA DDC2B compliant so should be no problem. Numerous attempt to get it to detect fail. This means I cannot get the Driver installed as windows says "you already have the up to date driver installed" which is impossible of course.

Graphics card is nVidia 9800GT so not an issue there.

Any help please?

make sure any drivers installed are deleted and try again.

Already done, itsjust the generic windows driver in use and wont let me update it as above.
